Based on your initial assessment you will receive an estimated number of sessions that may be required to support a change. Sessions are usually delivered on a weekly or fortnightly basis depending on the individual’s needs.

Sessions are offered online via a secured and encrypted platform or by appointment only in our therapy rooms in London (Fitzrovia & Marylebone) and Tonbridge (Kent). Full health and safety checks will be in place for in-person sessions, including a temperature check on arrival, health questions, hand gel, face masks, ventilation and social distancing. 

We work exclusively with adults (age 18 and above).
